About the ELDERWOMAN workshop |
|
"If a woman approaches old age with fear and trepidation, with denial, dread or just resignation, she will simply become an old woman. On the other hand, if she approaches it with curiosity, expectancy joyful acceptance, a passion to be of service and the willingness to explore new territory, she will find herself becoming an elderwoman" Marian Van Eyk McCain ELDERWOMAN: reap the wisdom, feel the power, embrace the joy (Findhorn Press, 2002) |

This workshop explores the transition from menopause into our third age. We look at what it really means to become an elderwoman, the changes we make as we become more and more who we truly are. There will be questions posed which may give greater clarity about how you can craft your life from here onwards. We will share our thoughts and feelings throughout, but always with the understanding that there will be no compulsion to do so. You will also experience a visualization and exercises to assist you in moving forward into elderhood. To read what previous participants have said about Ann's workshops, click here |
